Challenge

Case Group, a growing technology company, experienced bottom up AI adoption in multiple departments. Teams were buying and using different AI tools on their own, which led to high and fragmented costs, inconsistent workflows, limited visibility into productivity impact, and increasing concerns about data security and governance.

Solution

Case Group implemented Doraverse as an all in one AI platform that brings industry leading AI models into a single place. With these models available in one environment, together with pre built AI agents, ready made templates and simple automation, the company rolled out AI usage across the organisation without heavy IT involvement. Within weeks, Case Group observed faster task completion, clear time savings, higher work quality and around 90% reduction in AI related spending, supported by centralized billing and a governed use of AI.

This growth increased pressure on teams to work faster, process more information and support new initiatives.

The fragmented AI usage and over AI spending issue

Founded in 2019 with the Cashbag app and expanded in 2021 with Selly, Case Group operates in a competitive digital and financial services environment. In 2024, the company prepared to launch the Super Cashback project with VISA and 12 major banks in Vietnam, which increased the workload on internal teams.

As AI became more accessible, employees started to adopt tools on their own initiative:

  • Marketing teams subscribed to research, content writer and design AI tools.

  • Operations and Product teams experimented with data analysis and automation platforms, and worked across multiple work apps, using their own AI daily.

  • Customer Support, Finance and HR also tested different point solutions for drafting, reporting and documentation.

This bottom up experimentation brought some benefits, but also created structural issues. Subscriptions multiplied, costs became difficult to track and similar use cases were solved with different tools in different departments. Management had no single view of how AI contributed to performance, and could not be confident about where company data was sent or how it was stored.

The leadership team wanted to keep the advantages of AI, but under a more controlled, measurable and secure model.

To address these issues, Case Group selected Doraverse as its common AI layer across the organisation. The decision focused on three main aspects.

These elements allowed Case Group to deploy AI at scale without a large implementation project. Within about two weeks, most teams were using the platform in their daily tasks and could access the same set of high performing AI models through one interface.

2. Coverage of daily use cases across departments
Doraverse is used by multiple functions inside Case Group, with specific features mapped to typical use cases:

  • Marketing relies on AI chat and deep research to explore markets and trends, AI Compare and Debate to refine campaign ideas and challenge their proposals.

  • Design uses AI Image and Video features to generate high quality visual to kick-off the campaign faster.

  • Operations uses Code Interpreter for process analysis, AI Canvas to visualize dashboard, draft standard operating procedures and structure information.

  • Customer Support uses AI Notetaker to capture and summarise customer calls, quickly get info from company/product knowledge base for customer support.

  • The Back Office team uses AI agents to build specialised assistants that answer company policy questions, look up contract details, accelerate recruitment and streamline administrative paperwork.

Because Doraverse is connected with popular work app and tools, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack and other work applications, employees can work with documents, messages and data in one environment. All AI features are accessed from a single platform instead of multiple tools. This reduces context switching, shortens completion time and limits the spread of data across unmanaged systems.

3. Centralised cost management and governance

By moving to Doraverse, Case Group replaced many individual AI subscriptions with one platform that already includes access to leading AI models. From a cost and value perspective, the company gained a package comparable to having separate subscriptions for services such as ChatGPT Plus, Gemini Pro, Claude Pro and other paid generative AI offerings from providers like Google, KlingAI and Bytedance, but under one contract and one billing structure.

The Results: Higher Productivity and a Stable AI Foundation

After the introduction of Doraverse, Case Group reported faster completion of routine work, visible time savings in content creation, reporting and documentation and more consistent quality across teams. Adoption was high, including among non technical users, because the platform integrated with their existing tools and provided ready to use templates and agents.

At the same time, AI related spending decreased by around 90 percent and management gained clearer control over how AI was used across the organisation.
